Personal Hygiene Tips for Students

Step 1: Bath or shower regularly

Wash your body daily with soap and water to remove dirt, sweat, and bacteria.

Step 3: Floss Daily

Wash your hands frequently throughout the day, especially before eating, after using the restroom, and after coughing and sneeszing.

Step 5: Trim your nails

Keep your fingernails and toenails trimmed and clean to prevent dirt and bacteria from accumulating underneath them.

Step 6: Cleanse your face

Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup.

Step 7: Use deodorant or antiperspirant

Apply deodorant or antiperspirant daily to control body odor and reduce sweat production.

Step 8: Wash your hair

Wash your hair regularly with shampoo and conditioner to keep it clean and healthy.

Step 9: Change clother regularly

Change into clean clothers daily, especially underwear and socks, to prevent the buildup of sweat and bacteria

Step 10: Practice good toilet hygiene

Wipe front to back after using the restroom to prevent the spread of bacteria from the anus to the genital area.
